Payment: Payment is processed upon check-in
Extra Cots: Roll-out cots are available for $10 per night
Check-In: Self check-in with your key packet on the front door

Self Check-In
Your key packet will be waiting on your front door. It contains your key, a welcome memo from Wanda (the live-in manager) with her phone number and services available, and a reminder of things to do.

Must be at least 25 years of age to book
Parking & Delivery
Parking is available on the left side of each shack, with plenty of room for up to 4 vehicles per flat.
DoorDash delivers directly to your shack
Order in and enjoy a meal on the porch
Amenities & Extras
Every flat includes a full kitchen, air conditioning, DirectTV, and free WiFi.
Extra cots available for $20 each
Bonfire pit access (firewood provided)
Pet‑friendly (friendly pets welcome)
Bug spray recommended (we're in the Delta!)

We're an actual working plantation. Watch cotton, soybeans, and corn being grown and harvested from your front porch.
